PC-COASTS provides on-site complete system support utilizing more than 25 years experience with all types of PC design. We build, repair & design single user and networked IT systems (hardware & software)

• Standard Time hourly rate starting at¹: $42.00* per hour (2 hour minimum for initial service and 1 hour minimum all additional services)
• Extended Time hourly rate starting at²: $62.00* per hour (2 hour minimum)
• Travel Time³: $0.50* per mile (additional travel expense may apply i.e. meals, lodging, airfare, etc.)
• Telephone and Remote PC Support hourly rate starting at⁴: $42.00* per hour

*PC-COASTS reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
1 Standard Service Time is Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm AZ time at the sole discretion of PC-COASTS.
2 Extended Service Time is Sunday and Holidays 9:00am to 5:00pm AZ time at the sole discretion of PC-COASTS.
3 Travel Time will apply to any service, any time, which requires PC-COASTS Technician travel more than 25 round-trip miles from their home office (accrued for total mileage from and to either Flagstaff or Strawberry Office).
4 Telephone and Remote PC Support will be billed in 15 minute increments starting at $10.50 per increment with a 15 minute minimum for each increment. Remote PC requires Customer purchase of host software.
